Educational Training
Brandywine Pastoral Institute is both a pastoral counseling and an education center. Our educational ministry with congregations and the community and with clergy is particularly central in our mission and ministry.
Lay Training
Pastoral care training is a program designed to introduce and educate participants in the skills needed to give pastoral care to members of their church. As a specialized ministry of the laity it is adjunctive to the pastoral care given by clergy.
Clergy Training
Brandywine Pastoral Institute is both a pastoral counseling and an education center. While counseling and psychotherapy involve a major portion of our energies, our educational ministry with congregations and the community and with clergy is particularly central in our mission and ministry.
Congregational Training
We offer seminars and workshops to congregations and the community. We often teach in adult classes as part of regular Sunday Church School or as a Lenten or Advent series.
