"When There’s No Time Left for You:
A Series for Busy Moms and Dads"
January 13, 20, 27, 2008
Christ Church Christiana Hundred
In a busy world demanding that you multi-task, in a busy life that pulls you in many directions, in a busy family where every member has legitimate needs, how do you hold on to your sense of self, keeping that delicate balance between belonging to you and belonging to your family?
- If you are partnered, will you maintain your call to one another, keeping your relationship vital and alive, in spite of kids, schedules and errands?
- Can you live with being a “good enough” parent?
- How do you find time to just be—tending quietly to your soul, to personal pursuits, to renewing energy?
Your family can only benefit when you take care of yourself—a little self-focus will not make you self-centered! In this 3-part series, we will explore some of these issues in a relaxed format with discussion and sharing.
