Parking Instructions:
Park in the parking lot (13th & Rodney Streets) of Westminster Presbyterian Church (Pennsylvania & Rodney Streets). BPI offices are in the building adjacent to the church parking lot. The only entrance is the doorway on the side of the building through the arch (see photo). Inside, BPI offices are first door to the left.
